Job summary

Community Action of Washington County is seeking a bilingual Family Resource Navigator to support families with young children (prenatal to age 6) in Washington County. You will be the first point of contact, perform comprehensive assessments, and connect families with resources such as Help Me Grow, Healthy Families, and CARE.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience with eligibility determination and client intake is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eligibility interviews via phone, virtual, or in person.
• Connect families to Help Me Grow, Healthy Families, CARE, and Find Child Care Oregon.
• Assist with program screenings, applications and trauma-informed services.
