Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree required in human services with at least two years’ experience in the social services field.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct client services using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
• Conducts crisis intervention for emergencies related to shelter, food, clothing, and other basic needs.
• Develops understanding of social service systems to help clients navigate resources.
• Engages families including parents, children, and grandparents and builds on community networks.
• Maintains information in Data Management System(s) and meets program deliverables with DYCD partnership.
