Job summary

eClerx is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Expense Management Analyst to join our Expense Review Team supporting a leading global financial institution in New York. You will review employee travel and expense reports, ensure policy compliance, and provide support to employees using Concur.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong accuracy in a high-volume environment, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience using Concur or a similar expense platform.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy in a high-volume setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with client policies.
• Verify supporting documentation and identify discrepancies before reimbursements.
• Process expense reports within established SLAs.
• Respond to employee questions regarding expenses and Concur via phone, email, and chat.
• Research and resolve escalated reimbursement inquiries.
• Support QA activities to ensure consistent, high-quality processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
