Job summary

Bluecore Staffing LLC is seeking a motivated Recruiter in Dallas, TX to source, screen, and place candidates in warehouse and light industrial roles. You will manage onboarding, coordinate hiring processes, and maintain candidate relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a pay rate of $18 per hour plus commission; bilingual English/Spanish required to effectively serve clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation; local travel may be required.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Screen applicants and conduct phone/in-person interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring processes
• Check in new hires at job sites (warehouses, fulfillment centers, etc.)
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Fill open job orders quickly and efficiently
• Assist with last-minute staffing requests
• Maintain accurate records in the system
