As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in quoting and securing new commercial insurance business while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
• Work Arrangement: Fully in-office for the first 1-2 months, followed by a highly flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Quote and secure new commercial lines insurance business, with a focus on General Liability, Auto, Property, Umbrella, and BOP policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
• Utilize NowCert software to manage and process insurance quotes and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and company growth objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of commercial lines insurance sales experience, preferably with a captive agency (e.g., Allstate, State Farm, Farmers).
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using NowCert software or similar insurance management platforms.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
