Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a bilingual Implementation Analyst to support customer implementations by configuring the platform, migrating data, gathering requirements, and troubleshooting onboarding issues. You will work with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments and drive platform adoption, delivering an exceptional onboarding experience.

You will lead mid-market implementations, own tasks like data structuring and product training, and deliver formal training to end-users

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication in business settings.
• Experience in software implementation and customer onboarding.
• 1+ year in software implementation or application engineering.
• BEng degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-market customer implementations and onboarding.
• Configure the MaintainX platform and migrate data.
• Gather business requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
• Lead client meetings and manage milestones.
