Job summary

MaintainX, part of Autodesk, is seeking a bilingual Enterprise Implementation Consultant to lead multi-phase deployments for enterprise customers. You’ll manage complex implementations, drive adoption, deliver training, and ensure long-term customer success across cross-functional teams.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with strong communication, change management, and stakeholder management skills. A BEng degree or equivalent experience is expected.

• Experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementations or onboarding.
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deployments and timelines.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations across timelines.
• Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as client manager during implementation to align operations.
• Deliver formal training to client teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage multiple accounts and milestones.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and account management teams.
