Talentify in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join the corporate office full-time. The role focuses on completing, reviewing, and uploading family/child eligibility and enrollment records in ChildPlus, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet ERSEA requirements.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with five years of database experience and is bilingual in Spanish and English; preferred are an associate degree and ERSEA or database management experience, plus

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED with at least five years of database management experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Preferred: Associate degree and ERSEA or database management experience.
• ERSEA Certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact identified families and center staff to complete eligibility and enrollment records.
• Monitor ERSEA eligibility determinations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure timely data entry in ChildPlus and maintain data integrity.
• Keep organized records and monitor for compliance with ERSEA policies.
• Provide weekly status reports to the Director of Enrollment.
• Coordinate with staff to upload records into ChildPlus.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information per policy.
• Provide training and support on ERSEA procedures as needed.
• Produce reports and assist with data management tasks.
