Job summary

Grow Early Learning Corp. in Raleigh, NC seeks an Enrollment Specialist for our corporate office. This full-time, in-office role focuses on completing family/child eligibility and enrollment records, and ensuring accurate ERSEA-related data in ChildPlus.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with five years of database management experience, and bilingual Spanish/English proficiency. Preferred: associate degree and ERSEA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least five years of experience with database management systems.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Contact families and center staff to complete family/child eligibility and enrollment records.
• Monitor ERSEA eligibility determinations and accuracy of FIWs.
• Maintain ChildPlus data entry for family/child records and timeliness.
• Provide weekly status reports to the Director of Enrollment.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information per policy.
