Job summary

Grow Early Learning in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage family/child eligibility and enrollment records in ChildPlus, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and ERSEA compliance. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication and data handling across multiple systems.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of database experience, with a preferred associate degree and ERSEA certification. This is an in-office position at our Raleigh location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least five years of experience with database management systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Associate degree preferred in Business Administration or Information Technology.
• ERSEA certification preferred.
• Experience with ERSEA or database management/information systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact identified families and center staff to complete eligibility and enrollment records.
• Monitor ERSEA eligibility determinations for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor ChildPlus data entry for family/child records and timeliness.
• Maintain a log of files and monitoring findings for accurate records.
• Provide weekly status reports to the Director of Enrollment.
• Ensure confidentiality of all information in line with Grow Early Learning policy.
• Coordinate with staff to upload records into ChildPlus and ensure timely data entry.
• Provide training and technical assistance on ERSEA and ChildPlus data entry.
