Terra Energy is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers post-installation, handling inquiries in English and Spanish with empathy and professionalism.

You will work with cross-functional teams across Operations, Scheduling, Engineering, Permitting, Finance, and Technical Support to resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding Terra Energy's People Before Process ethos.

Qualifications

• Up to 5+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and cloud-based phone systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual customer support via phone, email, and CRM.
• Resolve complex inquiries and escalated cases related to solar projects, billing, scheduling, and technical issues.
• Manage collections, payment arrangements, and billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, Engineering, Permitting, Finance, and Technical Support.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and ensure SLAs are met and documented.
