Portillo's Inc. is seeking a Team Member Relations Representative - Bilingual to support our people across the organization from the Portillo's Restaurant Support Center in Oak Brook, IL.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and focuses on guidance, investigations, and compliant resolution of team member concerns. You will work with Operations, People, and Legal, lead investigations, coach managers, maintain Navex documentation, and help implement fair processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in employee relations.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and investigations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess team member concerns and determine need for investigation.
• Provide guidance and coaching per policy; align with company procedures.
• Conduct fair investigations involving team members and managers.
• Maintain documentation in Navex and ensure proper categorization.
• Collaborate with Legal, People, and Operations; ensure confidentiality.
