Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality seeks a Teleservices Agent to be the first contact for guests across phone, SMS, chat, email and internal transfers. You will provide information, confirm reservations, and promote properties and amenities with a warm, professional demeanor.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and can navigate multiple systems while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or in progress with program completion within six months as a condition of employment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to articulate thoughts verbally and in writing with proper grammar; typing test required at 25 WPM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word; skills test required.
• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (bilingual) required.
• Experience with CMP/Opera or similar guest/data tracking tools preferred.
• Working knowledge of Opera, Open Table and Open Course preferred.
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work odd hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the voice of Wind Creek answering calls, SMS, chats, emails, and transfers.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain inviting voice tone.
• Engage with customers, respond to requests, and pursue dialogue.
• Use multiple systems to resolve inquiries and confirm reservations at Wind Creek properties.
• Maintain composure in difficult situations and de-escalate when needed.
• Stay up-to-date on property information, promos, rewards, events and general information.
• Up-sell and cross-sell amenities including hotel, restaurants, spa, and entertainment.
• Provide hospitality aligned with Wind Creek Hospitality’s Best Operating Practices.
• Answer calls within time parameters and complete calls efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
