Power Design is seeking an experienced electrician to lead hands-on training, mentor apprentices, and evaluate candidates for hiring and promotions. The role focuses on developing field and office staff through engaging instruction and real-world applications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial electrical construction, Florida licensure eligibility, and strong bilingual communication skills to support diverse learners and teams.The position is on-site with competitive benefits and

Formación

• Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master) OR eligible to obtain Journeyman in Florida.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for training and communication.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-person, hands-on technical training to apprentices and employees at training facilities and on job sites.
• Teach Best Practices, safety expectations, and electrical installation standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations for new hires and promotions.
• Mentor apprentices through classroom, virtual, and lab-based learning.
• Design, develop, and maintain training content and assessments.
• Partner with SMEs and field leaders to improve learning outcomes.
• Interface with IEC, ABC chapters, and industry organizations.
• Represent Power Design in the community through workforce development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.
