Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor to design, deliver, and evaluate electrical training programs across multiple states. The role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Latin American Spanish and experience with NCCER curriculum.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years as industrial/commercial electrician, leadership preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, installation practices, and troubleshooting
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices or field teams
• High school diploma required; NCCER qualifications or journeyman/master credentials preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate electrical training programs across one or more states
• Deliver training content in English and Latin American Spanish
• Oversee multi-state apprentice cohorts and evaluate performance
• Develop and track KPIs to measure training effectiveness and credential attainment
• Maintain training logs and conduct weekly one-on-one check-ins
• Coordinate certifications and re-certifications, ensuring compliance
• Follow Loenbro safety policies and report unsafe conditions
