Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor to design, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate electrical training programs across states. You will develop the craft workforce by coaching apprentices and field professionals, using NCCER curriculum and bilingual instruction in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, installation practices, and troubleshooting
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices or field teams
• Bilingual Fluency (English/Spanish) is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, coordination, and evaluation of electrical training programs across states
• Deliver bilingual training in English and Spanish
• Oversee multi-state apprentice cohorts and evaluate employee performance
• Ensure training programs meet internal and regulatory standards
• Own key training processes and provide guidance affecting hiring and progression decisions
• Coordinate certifications and maintain training logs
