Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or administrative experience in early childhood education programs.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of state and federal ECE frameworks (e.g., Birth to Five, ECBG, QRIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual prep meetings guiding grantees through monitoring processes and document requirements.
• Conduct on-site observational assessments and review program data against state frameworks and codes.
• Prepare and finalize accurate, well-written reports summarizing findings.
• Collaborate with team during report reviews and participate in professional development opportunities.
