Job summary

Southwest Human Development, Arizona's largest nonprofit focused on early childhood development, seeks a Quality First Assessor to conduct reliable assessments using ERS and CLASS in early care settings.

You will schedule observations, complete classroom assessments, verify scores, and produce comprehensive reports to support program quality. Bachelor's in ECE required; master's preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NAEYC standards.
• 5 years full-time experience as a teacher or ECE instructor in an early care setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish reliability on ERS and CLASS tools.
• Conduct scheduled observations in early care settings.
• Schedule and complete assessments in classrooms.
• Calculate and verify scores and enter data for reports.
• Produce accurate reports and written information.
