ComPsych, the worldwide leader in organizational mental health, is seeking Guidance Consultants to provide critical support for clients on behavioral and emotional health issues. This position requires a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and exceptional communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a must. Guidance Consultants will address client concerns, maintain documentation, and collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery. Responsibilities
