Employnet, Inc. is seeking a Bi-lingual Spanish ecommerce customer support representative in the Southwest Las Vegas area. The role involves handling 75–100+ emails daily, managing orders, and resolving shipping and order-change issues with speed and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have experience with high-volume ecommerce support and Shopify or WooCommerce, plus strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume ecommerce email support.
• Experience with Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
• Managing and reviewing online orders.
• Handling shipping, tracking issues, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and order changes.
• Resolving customer complaints via email.
• Working through a high-volume inbox or ticket queue.
• Strong computer skills across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 75–100+ customer emails per day.
• Assist customers with order status, shipping, and tracking.
• Process refunds, replacements, cancellations, and edits to orders.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and elevate service quality.
