Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations/logistics or customer service.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Brightree.
• Type at least 60 wpm and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Clean driving record; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and assist members with empathy.
• Process and track supply orders via DME software (e.g. Brightree).
• Assemble, restock, transport, and deliver DME supplies.
• Perform inventory counts and document delivery records.
• Assist with in-person fittings and service appointments.
• Support supervisors and balance departmental workload.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and comply with policies.
