Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with empathy and professionalism.
• Confirm orders by phone and schedule in-person appointments.
• Process and track orders in DME software (Brightree).
• Scan and upload documents into the DME database.
• Prepare invoices and assist accounting functions as needed.
• Maintain claims logs (EOB) and compliance documents.
• Support DME leadership with clerical tasks and inventory tracking.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; balance workload.
