Office-based with emphasis on data entry, documentation, and compliance. Reports to the DME Operations Director and collaborates with the DME team to ensure smooth workflows and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin required.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, or operations roles preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Brightree experience a plus.
• Type at least 60 WPM.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with empathy and professionalism.
• Confirm orders by phone and schedule in-person appointments or coordinate shipping.
• Process and track orders using DME software (e.g., Brightree).
• Scan, upload, and maintain digital documents into the DME database.
• Prepare invoices and support basic accounting tasks as needed.
• Maintain Claims (EOB) logs and ensure compliance documentation.
