• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.

• Ability to manage a high volume of emails daily.
• Excellent multitasking and organization.
• Experience in fast-paced industrial/scrapyard environments.
• Strong customer service and onsite interaction.
• Willing to work Saturdays.
• Dispatch, receptionist or cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle dispatch communication and coordination, overseeing container activity.
• Manage approximately 50 emails per day related to dispatch and container coordination.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors and internal personnel.
• Assist onsite customers with front-office/customer service.
• Perform cashier duties and process customer transactions.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain records, documentation and electronic correspondence.
• Coordinate information between office, dispatch and operations teams.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Assist with additional administrative or operational duties.
