Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Sales Associate to deliver fast, professional service while handling a variety of transactions. You will balance cash drawers, assist customers on the sales floor or service booth, and promote cross-sell opportunities to meet goals.

Spanish language proficiency is required, with basic English. The role involves processing payments, supporting promotions, and maintaining confidentiality with customer data in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in Spanish with at least basic English.
• Detail oriented for reading, writing, counting money.
• Able to use computer keyboard and mouse.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, lottery tickets, and online sales.
• Serve as first point of contact; answer questions and direct customers.
• Count and balance cash drawers; verify balance with the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company, state and federal policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote company products.
• Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
• Keep records of all shift transactions in company systems.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
