Priority Dispatch Corp. is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver fast, friendly service and accurately process a variety of transactions including wires, checks, loans, and money orders.

You will balance cash drawers, protect customer data, and uphold regulatory standards while seeking cross-sell opportunities. The role requires Spanish fluency, basic English, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced office or retail setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma of High School or GED required.
• Must speak Spanish fluently and have basic English communication.
• Proficient keyboard and mouse skills; accurate reading, writing, and number counting.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, and online sales.
• Serve as the first point of contact, answering questions and directing customers.
• Count and balance cash drawers; maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
• Record shift transactions using company systems; support marketing efforts.
• Assist with in-store and external promotions; contribute to branding.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
