Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role offers flexible scheduling across day, evening and weekend shifts with paid training and competitive pay.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, a valid driver\'s license and insured vehicle, and the ability to pass background checks. CPR/First Aid training is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver\'s license and insured vehicle
• Ability to pass background checks and DDD screenings
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid training will be provided if needed

Responsibilities

• Support community activities, appointments, errands, and social opportunities
• Teach daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders as authorized
• Provide safe transportation
• Follow individualized service plans and person-centered goals
• Complete timely service notes and required documentation
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and self-advocacy
