Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities. Roles include in-home and community activities, skill-building, and transportation.

We offer day, evening, and weekend shifts with paid training and opportunities for growth. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong communication are required; CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• Experience with I/DD is preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home or community support to adults with I/DD.
• Assist with daily living skills, transportation, and personal care reminders.
• Support participation in community activities and document progress.
• Follow individual plans and complete timely notes and forms.
