Job summary

TEEMA GROUP seeks a Bilingual Community Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator to support health education and wellness programs serving diverse communities in San Francisco. Fully on-site role requiring English/Spanish or English/Chinese, with local outreach and enrollment duties.

You will recruit participants for workshops on diabetes, chronic disease self-management, HIV, and related topics, while handling essential administrative tasks and coordinating program activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English plus Spanish or Chinese; able to communicate with diverse communities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for outreach roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; comfortable using databases.

Responsibilities

• Promote programs at health fairs, cultural festivals, community gatherings and events.
• Connect with community members and partners to generate referrals and enroll participants.
• Assist with enrollment paperwork and follow-up as needed.
• Maintain enrollment and outreach records and databases.
• Support email campaigns, social media outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate workshop logistics and host or assist with classes.
• Assist with program reporting and funder documentation.
