Wonderful Orchards in California's San Joaquin Valley seeks a Desktop Support Technician based in Shafter, CA to support IT needs of office and field end users. You will provide timely, friendly tech assistance, manage service desk tickets, and maintain hardware/software lifecycle across the organization.

Fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and customer-service skills are essential. Familiarity with Office 365 and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; compensation is hourly.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED with 2+ years IT support experience
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications
• Associate degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient with computers, devices, printers, telecom equipment and desktop apps
• Familiar with IP NC basics, LAN/WAN, VLANs
• Experience imaging devices and policy software
• Advanced MS Office, focus on Office 365
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus

Aufgaben

• Service desk ticket creation, problem resolution, escalation, follow-up, documentation, and closure
• Monitor, document, and repair IT devices, applications, and services
• Apply device security patches and remediation
• IT asset inventory control
• Support hardware and software lifecycle
• Apply deployment standards and ensure compliance
• Other duties as assigned
