Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a front office professional to educate patients, schedule multi-specialty treatments, and communicate with referring offices. This role requires 1–3 years of dental front office experience, strong insurance knowledge (PPOs, Medi & Chip), and bilingual Spanish proficiency.

• Must have knowledge of all dental insurances including PPOs, Medi & Chip.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Educate patients on the type and extent of treatment needed.
• Convert planned treatment to scheduled treatment in multi-specialty offices.
• Communicate treatment details with referring offices via letters and emails.
• Handle pre-authorizations and patient payments.
