• Acts professionally and with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Schedules dental appointments for General, Orthodontic, Pediatric and Oral Surgery
• Manages inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Informs patients by explaining procedures, answering questions and confirming pricing
• Keeps records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Answers questions related to patient insurance and determines eligibility
• Confirms patient appointments via outbound calls.
