Dandy is hiring a Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician based in Canada to partner with clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications. You will support doctors in real-time, ensuring high-quality outcomes and an exceptional experience through calls, chats, and video sessions.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM (3Shape) and digital workflows is required, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Canadian French and English, written and verbal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to refine case designs and provide guidance.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot workflows and deliver empathetic service.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and lab teams to translate feedback into production outcomes.
