Job summary

Dandy is seeking experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians in Canada to partner directly with clinicians on patient cases, performing real‑time design reviews, patient scanning support, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will collaborate with doctors and lab teams to translate clinical feedback into production steps, using 3Shape CAD/CAM tools and digital workflows while delivering empathetic, results‑driven service in a fast‑growing fully digital lab environment.

Qualifications

3+ years in a dental technician role.
2+ years of experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implants and crown & bridge.
Strong understanding of digital dental workflows (implant systems, scan bodies, design best practices).
Ability to learn new dental design platforms quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to translate clinical feedback into insights.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with doctors in real-time to review case designs and refine outcomes.
Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot workflows.
Translate clinical feedback into production requirements for lab teams.
Maintain high quality standards and meet tight deadlines.
