Job summary

Dandy is seeking experienced Customer Experience Dental Lab Technicians in Canada to join the team. You will apply your dental lab expertise to partner with clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, providing real-time technical support and ensuring quality outcomes.

You'll work with doctors via phone, chat, and video, translate clinical feedback into production steps, and thrive in a fast-growing fully-digital lab.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases.
• Fluent in English and Canadian French.
• Based in Canada and legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate feedback into production steps.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs, providing guidance on aesthetic and functional outcomes.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows.
• Translate clinical feedback into production outcomes by liaising between doctors and lab teams.
