Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out patients and parents with courteous service.

• Greet patients and maintain waiting area and front desk.
• Communicate with clinical team about insurance and treatment.
• Schedule follow-ups and recall appointments for patients.
• Handle incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and filed daily.
• Assist with achieving office financial targets by keeping schedules full.
• Adhere to regulations and company standards.
