Qualifikationen

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in/check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet patients and parents and keep waiting areas tidy.
• Verify and update patient information and ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with clinical team to provide same-day care when possible.
• Assist with meeting office financial targets by keeping hygiene/operative schedules full.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and recall visits.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff; take messages when needed.
• Make outbound calls to confirm, reschedule, or complete treatment.
• Ensure records are filed and compliant with regulations.
