Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, guide them through their dental visit and explain treatment and payment options. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team in a Los Angeles area practice, delivering a positive, patient-first experience.

You will manage check-in/check-out, answer questions, verify insurance, and help patients understand care recommendations while building rapport and ensuring a stress-free visit for every patient.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dental/healthcare/customer-service environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, professional and patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout their visit, including check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and answering questions about their care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.
