Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of FDCPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiating repayment plans and settlements with clients.
• Updating account information and documenting all interactions.
• Following company policies to ensure compliance with FDCPA.
