Lendbuzz in Dallas, TX is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Dealership Success Associate to join our growing inside sales team. You’ll help expand our market reach by building trusted partnerships with dealerships and collaborating with Account Managers across the region.

This office-based role requires fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, a proactive mindset, and strong communication and negotiation skills to drive deals, support dealers, and improve processes.

Formación

• 1+ year in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in automotive lending/finance.
• 2+ years in most recent role.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance valued.
• Daily work in Dallas, TX region office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven relationship-building ability.
• Analytical mindset with ability to spot market opportunities.
• Proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and support existing dealership partners; identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Provide consultative dealership support with Account Manager to strengthen retention and satisfaction.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly sales meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
• Enhance brand visibility through targeted outreach and consistent representation of our values.
