Lendbuzz in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Dealership Success Associate to join our growing inside sales team. You will expand our market reach by building trusted partnerships with dealerships and collaborating with Account Managers regionally.

This office-based role focuses on education, prospecting, and dealer support, while enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue within the automotive finance sector.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, sales or business development in auto lending.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dealership partnerships to expand market reach.
• Provide dealer support and consultative service with the Account Manager.
• Analyze opportunities and align processes to improve workflows across teams.
• Promote the brand through targeted outreach and consistent representation.
• Collaborate with funding and titles teams to align client needs with funding capabilities.
• Restructure deals as needed to deliver value for all parties.
