Lendbuzz in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a results-driven Bilingual Dealership Success Associate to join our inside sales team. You’ll help expand our market reach by building trusted dealership partnerships and collaborating with Account Managers across the region.

Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is essential to connect with our multicultural client base. This daily office-based role focuses on education, prospecting, and dealer support while promoting our brand and driving

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• At least 2 years in your most recent role.
• Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience valued.
• Ability to work daily inside regional office in Fort Lauderdale.
• Strong communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dealership partnerships; strengthen market presence in automotive finance; identify sales opportunities and restructure deals as needed.
• Provide consultative dealer support in collaboration with Account Managers; advise on complex sales situations to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Participate in cross-functional planning with funding/titles/remarketing teams to align client expectations with funding capabilities; improve workflows.
• Promote brand visibility through targeted outreach and representation of company values.
