Job summary

Ser Familia, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to input data into multiple systems and help digitize records in a fast-paced office. Under the direction of the Data Manager, you will maintain databases, prepare periodic reports, and support various teams with data accuracy.

Requirements include 2 years data entry experience, GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• GED required; an Associate's degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of data entry or related office experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into various software programs.
• Identify and correct data entry errors using quality control methods.
• Collect information from customers and clients.
• Enter data into the central database.
• Catalog data with appropriate tags for reference.
• Manage and organize records and files.
• Retrieve data as requested.
• Maintain and update the database system as necessary.
• Prepare relevant reports as needed.
• Provide data entry support across teams on an ad-hoc basis.
• Analyze data to ensure metrics are fulfilled.
