Job summary

Pure's Food Specialties, LLC. in Bellwood, IL is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, data entry, and documentation. The role collaborates with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Transportation to ensure efficient processes.

The position requires 2+ years of warehouse clerical experience, proficiency with WMS (SAGE 100, SAP) and MS Office, and strong data entry skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse clerical or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse/3PL environment preferred.
• Experience using WMS (SAGE 100, Scan Force, SAP) and MS Office, including Excel.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and transfer transactions in WMS (SAGE 100).
• Update shipments in portals such as SAP, Red Prairie and Manhattan.
• Verify inbound and outbound documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Create and maintain shipping documents, BOLs, packing lists, and warehouse records.
• Coordinate appointments with carriers and transportation providers.
• Communicate shipment status and inventory issues with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate filing and electronic documentation.
• Respond to customer/carrier inquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and safety procedures.
• Overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
