Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to lead implementation projects and initial training for new customers, partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.

You will own the transition from POV to deployment, ensuring knowledge transfer of success criteria, environments, and timelines. Ideal candidates have enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity deployment experience in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing role delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing deployments involving enterprise email systems, integrations, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met.
• Gather knowledge from POV teams for deployment kickoff, including technical stack and success criteria.
• Conduct discovery to align project plans with customer goals and timelines.
• Guide customers through configuration, integrations, and technical enablement.
• Act as the primary technical contact during deployment, managing risks and escalations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, including executive-level customers.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine implementation processes.
