Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking upbeat bilingual Customer Service Representatives to serve Spanish-speaking customers ordering meals. You’ll be one of the first friendly voices callers connect with and join a mission-driven team. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits after 30 days.

Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, with potential overtime starting at 7:00am. Location: Des Moines, IA.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software.
• Clear oral communication skills.
• Ability to deescalate situations and resolve complaints.
• Adherence to company policies and showing core values.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal orders.
• Address questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Input order information into the appropriate client order screen.
• Document all conversations with clients into client information database.
• Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax for special situations.
