Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking an Intake Community Support Representative to be the frontline for meal orders. This fully remote role requires you to be located in Iowa, with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits after 30 days of employment.

Starting wage is $17.50/hour (or $18.50/hour for bilingual candidates), with overtime potential. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, input orders, document conversations, and help clients understand benefits and eligibility while maintaining a calm, professional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Clear oral communication skills.
• Experience with data entry.
• Wired internet connection with Ethernet; quiet workspace at home.
• No satellite/4G/DSL connections.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and de-escalate when needed.
• Input order information into the client system accurately.
• Document all conversations in the client information database.
• Ensure clients are contacted and have an order on file.
• Coordinate with case managers by phone, email, or fax as needed.
• Assist callers with reships after training.
• Explain benefits, including nutrition counseling requirements and timelines.
