Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in acustomer service role.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls, process client and pharmacy orders, and answer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process orders via fax, e-mail and phone and provide confirmations on request.
• Process pick tickets through the ERP system and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain bilingual communication (French/English) with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments on orders, backorders, invoices, returns and credits/debits.
