Qualifications

Two-year associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Minimum one year experience in customer service.
Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and cases.
Adhere to general company processes.
Provide telephone support for patients, HCPs and funding bodies.
Administer case-management protocols and follow-ups.
Conduct market research with physicians, patients, pharmacists or other health professionals.
Document activities in program databases.
Participate in training and shadowing for new staff.
Report adverse events to assigned units.
