You will assist customers with questions about services, billing, installations, and technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate installations, document interactions, and leverage opportunities to upsell services while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Candidate has customer service or call center experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with computers, CRM systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist with billing, accounts, installations, and service changes.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and coordinate technician visits as needed.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify opportunities for service upgrades and cross-sell appropriately.
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Field Technicians to meet goals.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
